What is included in my symbolic adoption kit?
Each adoption kit includes a high-quality plush of your chosen species, a personalized adoption certificate, a detailed species fact sheet, and a 5x7 photo print of the animal in its natural habitat.
Where does the money from my adoption go?
Proceeds from every adoption are donated directly to verified global conservation partners to fund habitat restoration, anti-poaching efforts, and wildlife rehabilitation programs.
How long does shipping take for the physical kit?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination.
Can I send an adoption as a gift to someone else?
Yes! During checkout, you can enter the recipient's name for the certificate and their shipping address. You can also include a personalized gift message that we will print and include in the box.
Is my symbolic adoption tax-deductible?
Since you receive a physical product (plush and printed materials) in exchange for your contribution, only the portion of your payment that exceeds the fair market value of the kit may be tax-deductible. Please consult a tax professional for guidance.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused kits. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the original donation portion of the purchase is non-refundable.
